This Valentine’s Day, BAJSTAR gets down to answering one of the most commonly asked questions, if not the most common one. It is the day of love, which calls for the Cupid in me to come out and spread L.O.V.E . and make this world a better place ( we all have our callings in life , what can one do )

If you are a man, then I can bet on the fact that you have also contemplated , and if you are a woman, well then it’s your time to cut the mascuties some slack.

So now presenting 10 tricks of the trade, a list of some sure shot ideas which always work with the fairer sex, presenting to you- WHAT WOMEN WANT

1-    Initiation – Turn on ALL THE WAY ! Yes yes it’s true the society needs equality and fairness between the two genders, but when it comes to initiation of the whole lovey dovey stuff, we would gladly let you take the driver’s seat. Get over that mamihlapinatapai and get RIGHT HERE !

2-    Flowers- OMG they so totally work. I was one of the unconventional girls who was so pro environment and anti pointless wastage of flora, but then it all changed when I was given flowers for the very first time. All reasons become non existent and the au natural turns into the au romantic. Bottom-line - roses can alter people !!!

3-    ‘Brief’- No I do not mean what you think I do.  Brief is something that we want the vocal foreplay to be. Being a tease for an enormously large amount of time is as irritating for us women as it is for you. Flirting is good, the fun is in the chase but let’s go beyond the mere ‘good & funny’ and make it happen.

4-    Morning Texts- I will not give you a 100% guarantee on this but I will tell you that it has the potential of working wonders. Any girl waking up to a sweet and loving text from a boy she fancies just makes the day a successful one then and there ! Well begun is half done and a simple text can do half of what you will ultimately, finally and fully do.

5-    Kiss on the Forehead- This is not just more effective than frenching, but also much more effective in the long run . It shows you are a man and not a dog, you are in it not to do it but to win it.  Girls love this , especially if delivered after a long passionate kiss, pretty much like the luscious cherry on the cake !

6-    Surprise gifts- Okay before you conclude how materialistic we are, let me tell you that the price does not matter as much as the time ! A surprise budget gift brings a bigger smile than a planned over the top gesture . That however does not mean we don’t love diamonds, keep them coming !

7-    Quick text responses- This whole concept circulated by all claiming to have been there and done that of playing it cool, uselessly waiting for 5 to 6 minutes to respond textually kills most chances of doing things sexually! Don’t make us wait until and unless its something genuine, that whole thing about pretending to be occupied and not always available is so 1939!

8-    Compliment thoughtfully- Yes it’s true we all love to hear how beautiful, gorgeous, jaw droppingly sexy, sassy and HAWT we are, but once in a while acknowledge us as something just more than eye candy. We have skills, the one you want us to have and the ones we need to have to survive, just show us you know about us.

9-    Hand written notes- Technology has surely taken over and we sure are tech savvy and happy, but the value of small hand written notes still continues to supersede an electronic message. If you are not the pen and paper kinda guy and it seems like too much of an effort then stick to texts- short, sweet, unexpected !

10-‘ You ‘ -  We are not narcissistic but we love it each time you begin a sentence with ‘you’ and make it about us. You have our 100% attention instantly, just don’t compare us to other women, and remember to end that sentence as beautifully as you began it . We would love the mention of sunshine, rain, a field of daffodils or even something quirky like automatic toothbrush, just let us know our presence is acknowledged and appreciated !
